Should OECD admit Israel in wake of the nukes for nazi's deal?

OECD slammed for admitting Israel
Palestinians slam the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for offering membership to Israel as complicity in Tel Aviv's war crimes.

"OECD member countries show a blatant complicity with Israeli war crimes, destroying the very foundations of international law," the Palestinian Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions National Committee (BNC) said in a statement on Monday.

"Rewarding Israel entrenches its impunity and dashes any realistic hope for achieving a just peace in the region," Ma'an news agency quoted the statement as saying.

The Paris-based Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development invited Israel to join the body -- the exclusive club of prominent world economies -- underlining the transformation of Israel's inflation-hit crushing economy to one of a growing and stable advancement.

But the Palestinian boycott movement criticized the decision, arguing the OECD's member states "are perfectly aware that Israel does not comply with any of the objective criteria" it was required to meet for its accession to the OECD Convention.

I'm not sure if wanting to sell nukes to South African Racist Nazi's should be an entry requirement for the OECD? How can a current war crime state enacting a brutal occupation be considered civilized enough to join the human rights championing OECD? What on Earth would the OECD make of the living standards in Gaza based on the needlessly cruel economic strangulation caused by Israel? Surely the OECD are joking and will revoke their membership?

Allowing a war crime state to join a group supposedly focused on the welfare and development of people makes a mockery of the organization and demeans everyone.

Israel should be forced to resign and can join once they have ended their brutal occupation.

Turkey is a member and they are still engaged in a racist insurgency against the skills with extrajudicial torture and killings.

So why aren't you calling their membership to be annulled bomber?

Just as does having any Arab nation on a human rights panel.
Or most of the nations who vote on UN resolutions which you expect us to adopt, when most of them fail the standards of civilized behaviour western nations exhibit.

Go toss off in private mate.

Its not a human rights panel, its concern is international economic development.

"...when most of them fail the standards of civilized behaviour western nations exhibit."

Strange that you should consider "civilised" western nations as possessing the benchmark for international economic development standards.....what standards are these you are referring to?

Nothing wrong with your submission Bomber. I would add though that you seem to place a high degree of credibility with the OECD which I feel is misplaced. They are no different to the WTO, World Bank, IMF, NATO, or UN in the sense that they are all heavily stacked Conservative Zionist / Neo/lib/con organizations bent on power and control of global economies - some of the above are chartered for it, while others are merely serving their members self indulgence in Ideological doctrines.

"Turkey is a member and they are still engaged in a racist insurgency against the skills with extrajudicial torture and killings."

Hey, you could change the Turkey to US, or UK, or Australia it wouldn't make any difference - they all torture dissidents! Your point is moot Anon - you're still an idiot.

"Just as does having any Arab nation on a human rights panel."

No nations qualify to be on a human rights panel for chrissake - please name 1 country that are not biggoted, or above violations of human rights that could sit in judgement over ANY other! The entire deck is stacked, and to say otherwise puts you in the denialist catagory... Not all of us came down in the last shower...

"Turkey tried to sell it's nuclear weapons to racist Nazis? I didn't even know Turkey HAD nuclear weapons, when did they develop them and when did they try and sell them to the old South African regime?"

And this is your answer to a regime that engages in massive human rights abuses as well as refusing to admit culpability for the Armenian genocide?

What a pathetic set of moral standard you have?

News flash Bomber. Turkey is an US ally which has given then a green light for this barbaric activity and all you're worried about are nazis who don't even exist anymore.

Pull your head out and take a look around.
